The second team is Ajax (Netherland), with 77,06 points.
The third team is Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia), with 75,37 points.
The worst team still in the competition is Standard Liège (Belgium), who played only the Champions League's play-off, losing to Ajax with an aggregate of 2-5 (2-2 and 0-3). Now they are in the 150th position with 30,63 points, and will take part in the Europa League's Group Stage.

I calculated the coefficients for the clubs and the football associations that will take part in the 2018/2019 European Cups, following my European Cups Ranking System.
At this link you will find two sheets: one for the clubs (Club Quinquennial Score) and the other for the associations (National Quinquennial Score), both sorted by alphabetical order and by score.
In the "Clubs" sheet, the "Cup" column indicates the Cup that the team started, but some Champions League clubs will end up playing the Europa League, as they will be eliminated in the third qualifying round, in the play-offs or in the group stage.
Clubs with zero points didn't participate in the European Cups in the last five years.

According to the ECRS, at the end of the 2017/2018 campaign the best team is Liverpool (England, CL finalist), with 635,29 points.
The second team in the ranking is Real Madrid (Spain, CL winners) with 465,22 points, and the third one is Roma (Italy, CL semifinalist) with 415,94 points.
Why is the spread between the 1st and the 2nd so large?
Liverpool had a starting quinquennial score almost half of Real one's (40,84 points vs. 75,02), so generally the English team had match coefficients much higher for every match played.
They started from the CL playoff round, therefore having two games more to gain points with. The playoff was against Hoffenheim, and Liverpool gained 38 points.
In the group stage, Real got around 110 points, while Liverpool around 175, especially because they defeated 7-0 and 3-0 Maribor, who had an almost equal starting score (40,44), thanks to their performances in the last 5 years in the European Cups (Liverpool took part in only 3 campaigns out of 5).
In the round of 16, Liverpool gained other 36 points over RM.
The quarter-final round was the actual turning point, because Liverpool won 3-0 and 2-1 against Manchester City, gaining around 180 points (RM got only 63 because they lost one match against Juventus).
The semifinals were slightly favorable for Real (75 points against 63), as of course was the final (41 against -4).
In the end, adding also all the bonuses, Real Madrid got 448,49 points, adjusted to 465,22 thanks to the final adjustment I made to avoid negative scores in the ranking.
The best team in Europa League was Marseille (France), who reached the final and finished in 5th position with 370,96 points.
The EL winner, Atletico Madrid (Spain), ended only at the 16th place with 267,36 points, because of the high starting quinquennial score (64,64 points, while Marseille had only 32,98).

Le semifinali sono state leggermente favorevoli al Real (75 punti contro 63), e ovviamente anche la finale (41 punti contro -4).
Alla fine, sommando anche tutti i bonus, il Real Madrid è arrivato a 448,49 punti, modificati a 465,22 grazie alle modifiche finali che ho eseguito per evitare di avere punteggi negativi in classifica.
La squadra migliore classificata in Europa League è stato il Marsiglia (Francia), che ha raggiunto la finale finendo in 5a posizione con 370,96 punti.
La squadra vincitrice dell'EL, l'Atletico Madrid (Spagna), ha concluso solamente in 16esima posizione con 267,36 punti, a causa dell'alto punteggio quinquennale iniziale (64,64 punti, contro i 32,98 del Marsiglia).

Milan (Italy) fell at the second place with 312,47 points, after having being eliminated by Arsenal with a 1-5 aggregate score.
CSKA Moscow (Russia) are third with 298,86 points.

According to the ECRS, after the Europa League's round of 32 the best team is Milan (Italy), who took again the lead in the ranking after a short interlude of Tottenham.
Milan gained a lot of points in the last round defeating Ludogorets, having a much lower starting score (33,55 against 46,11): this is due to the fact that Ludogorets took part in the European Cups in all the last five seasons, while Milan were not present in the last three. The team's total score is now 327,37.
CSKA Moscow (Russia) are at the second place with 265,27 points.
Östersund (Sweden) are third with 263,69 points, but they were eliminated by Arsenal in the round of 32.
The Champions League scores weren't calculated in this round, since the teams still have to play the second leg of the round of 16. So, the best team in CL is Tottenham (England), who are now at the 4th place with 262,10 points.
The worst team still in the competition is Borussia Dortmund (Germany) who are in the 99th position with 85,50 points.
